The terms you accept when you place a $25 reservation, and the information we give you before you pay. Plain language, no small print.

H2O Deploy – 2027 Founding Member Reservation Terms

H2O Deploy is a service of Fedorak Industries Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “H2O Deploy”). These Reservation Terms form a contract between you and us and are governed by the laws of British Columbia, including the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

What a reservation is. Your $25 payment reserves a place (“Reservation”) in our planned 2027 seasonal wildfire-protection service for the area you select, and locks in your Founding Member pricing if and when service is offered to you. A Reservation is not a contract to provide wildfire-protection services and is not a guarantee of service, availability, or any outcome.
What a reservation is not. A Reservation does not obligate us to deploy equipment or crews, does not guarantee that service will be available in your area in 2027, and does not guarantee that your property will be protected from fire or damage. Service, if offered, will be provided only under a separate written services agreement entered into after an on-site assessment.
No service until a separate agreement is signed. Service is confirmed only after (a) an on-site property assessment, and (b) your signing of our services agreement. Nothing in this Reservation commits either party to that agreement.
Fully refundable. Your $25 is fully refundable. You may cancel your Reservation at any time, for any reason, and we will refund the full $25 without deduction within 15 days after we receive your cancellation request. If we do not proceed with the 2027 program in your area, or do not offer you a services agreement, we will refund your $25 in full within 15 days.
How to cancel. Email hello@h2odeploy.com or write to us at the address in the Disclosure below. Your cancellation is effective when sent.
How we hold your money. We hold all Reservation payments in a separate account and do not use them to fund operations unless and until your Reservation converts into a signed services agreement. This protects your refund.
Founding Member pricing. Your Reservation locks the Founding Member rate for the 2027 season if service is offered to you. Rates for customers who reserve later, or who do not hold a Reservation, may be higher. If you go on to sign a services agreement, we apply your $25 toward your first month’s fee. Any pricing statements about availability or caps reflect our good-faith plans and may change.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer-protection law. If any provision conflicts with those laws, the law prevails.
Changes to these Terms. We will not change these Terms in a way that increases your obligations or reduces ours without giving you advance notice and the right to cancel for a full refund.

A reservation is not a service guarantee. It holds your place and locks your Founding Member pricing. It isn't a service agreement, and it isn't a guarantee that service will be available in your area in 2027. We confirm that only after an on-site assessment and a signed agreement. Your $25 is fully refundable, and we put it toward your first month if you go ahead.

Total payable now: $25 (plus applicable taxes), one time.
Future amounts: If you later sign a services agreement, seasonal fees start from $70/month across the May - Oct season (6-month commitment), with optional add-ons; those terms will be set out in that separate agreement. We apply your $25 toward your first month.
When and how service is provided: Only after an on-site assessment and a signed services agreement. Service is subject to availability, capacity limits, and events beyond our control (for example, fire conditions, road closures, or evacuation orders that prevent access).
Your cancellation and refund rights: You may cancel this Reservation at any time. We will refund your $25 in full, without deduction, within 15 days of your cancellation. You also have cancellation and refund rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, which these terms do not limit.

How we hold your payment: In a separate account, not used for operations unless your Reservation converts into a signed services agreement.
Not government-affiliated: H2O Deploy is a private business and is not affiliated with any government agency or fire service.
Copy of terms: You will receive a copy of these Reservation Terms and this Disclosure by email at the time of your reservation.
