Moves the water

Versax pump

A portable, self-priming fire pump driven by a 6 HP Honda engine, with a twin-impeller design that builds the pressure to push water across the property and up onto a roofline. It drafts from your pool, a pond, lake, well, or our reservoir. We fit ours with remote start, so we can bring the system up the moment ember risk climbs, with no one standing at the pump.

Soak the house & perimeter

Impact sprinklers

Heavy brass impact sprinklers (3/4 in. Rain Bird) that run before and during a fire, protecting two ways. They soak your roof, siding and the ground so a landing ember finds nothing dry enough to ignite. They also raise the humidity and cool the air right around the house, leaving a damp zone that resists catching in the first place. Running them ahead of the flame front is what makes the difference.

Your independent water supply

Water reservoir

A 2,500-gallon collapsible onion tank that gives your system its own water on site, for when there is no natural source or the municipal supply is cut. The self-rising design needs no poles or frames; it fills, holds, and folds flat when we pack up.

Forestry-grade Guard’N Flo hose with brass garden-hose-thread ends, plus the valves and fittings that tie it all together: 3-way valves, water thieves, and a foot valve and strainer at the water source. Sized to your layout and included with your base plan.

A word on water

Where a municipal water connection is available and local regulations allow us to hook up, we'll use it. That supply often isn't reliable once a fire moves into the area, so we plan around an independent source as well: our reservoir, your pool, a lake, a well, or a pond. We settle the details at your free assessment.
